Esse trabalho teve como objetivo abordar a importância da relação entre as famílias e a escola, a partir de um relato de experiência na pedagogia Waldorf, método pedagógico desenvolvido por Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925). A partir de metodologia qualitativa e descritiva o relato traz como tema central a participação familiar em colégios Waldorfs. O trabalho tem como ponto de partida a experiência vivenciada em disciplina da graduação sobre Práticas Pedagógicas e de Pesquisa, que se constitui de imersão no ambiente da escola, além da participação em oficinas com professora da Pedagogia Waldorf e acesso à materiais e produções de alunos que vivenciam tal prática educativa. A descrição e análise do tema da participação familiar na escola também foi constituída de conversas realizadas com 01 professora e 01 mãe de estudantes matriculados no colégio visitado. Os resultados da análise da experiência demonstram a importância da relação família-escola para o bom desenvolvimento das crianças, já que na Pedagogia Waldorf a escola e a família precisam ser parceiras, tendo como principal objetivo uma formação plena das crianças.
This work aimed to address the importance of the relationship between families and the school, based on an experience report in Waldorf pedagogy, a pedagogical method developed by Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925). Based on qualitative and descriptive methodology, the report brings family participation in Waldorf schools as a central theme. The work has as its starting point the experience lived in undergraduate discipline on Pedagogical and Research Practices that consists of immersion in the school environment, in addition to participation in workshops with a teacher from Waldorf Education and access to materials and productions of students who live such educational practice. The description and analysis of the theme of family participation in school was also made up of conversations with 01 teacher and 01 mother of students enrolled in the school visited. The results of the analysis of the experience demonstrate the importance of the family-school relationship for the good development of children, since in Waldorf Education the school and the family need to be partners, having as main objective the full formation of children in development.
