Resumo
OBJETIVO GERAL
Analisar a percepção dos processos de formação de preceptores de Nutrição,
Fisioterapia, Psicologia, Terapia Ocupacional e Serviço Social atuantes no
Programa de Residência Integrada Multiprofissional em Saúde do Campus
Baixada Santista.
OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS
Apreender a concepção de preceptoria dos profissionais que atuam como
preceptores no Programa de Residência Integrada Multiprofissional em
Saúde do campus da Unifesp –Baixada Santista.
Mapear e caracterizar as atividades que os preceptores desenvolvem no
cotidiano da preceptoria.
Discutir como os preceptores entendem a formação pedagógica par ao
exercício de sua função.
Situar as dificuldades e facilidades encontradas pelos preceptores para o
desenvolvimento de suas ações.
The Multiprofessional Residences are a privileged space for the training of health professionals, once materializes in practice the integration of teaching and service. As a strategic figure this type of education, emerges the preceptor, a clinical professional whose central assignment is to accompany the resident in learning process and knowledge building. This is qualitative and exploratory study, seeking closer ties with the group of preceptors of a Multidisciplinary Integrated Residency Program in Health, in order to ascertain their views on preceptorship, duties and skills required to preceptor, strengths and difficulties encountered in exercise of the function and priority their preceptorship training exercise. The data were produced from semi-strutureds interviews with 5 preceptors, whose speeches were subject to content analysis, the type theme. The results of this analysis were divided into categories: teaching practice, procedures and standards, affective skills, teamwork, interdisciplinarity, teaching-service, in-service training and difficulties that allowed grasp the conceptions and practices of the preceptors and their training processes
