Resumo
O período enfrentado pela pandemia do COVID-19 trouxe mudanças abruptas e devastadoras para todas os âmbitos da vida de cada indivíduo e, no meio do trabalho não foi diferente. A necessidade de distanciamento social influenciou o surgimento de novas práticas laborais e, consequentemente, efeitos sobre os trabalhadores e as organizações. Utilizando-se da estratégia de pesquisa estudos observacionais em análise fílmica para identificar efeitos que recaem sobre ambos os agentes das relações de trabalho, o presente estudo visou identificar, por meio de linguagens metafórica e não metafórica, como sugere essa estratégia, tais efeitos e decodificá-los categorizando-os e analisando individualmente seus resultados observacionais. Para tal, o filme analisado foi ‘Home office: Un especial de Mirreyes contra Godínez’ (2020). Considerando-se tratar de um tema contextualizado muito recentemente, consequentemente ainda há pouco material acadêmico disponível para consulta. Apesar disso, registra-se a existência de autores se debruçando sobre esse tema, permitindo a consulta de estudos datados de 2020. Os resultados desta investigação apontam para o fato de que, a conciliação trabalho-família, uma vez rompida, torna-se fator agravante para o bem-estar e cria propensão aos fatores de estresse que podem envolver o trabalhador, uma vez que esse equilíbrio seja afetado, por diversos motivos atrelados, o que se torna um desafio para a organização e seus gestores e, também para o trabalhador. As possibilidades desse tema para pesquisas futuras, com oportunidade de exploração nos desdobramentos dos eventos ocorridos, e efeitos aqui descritos, são muito vastas, assim permitindo que múltiplas investigações, possivelmente focadas em diferentes frentes e situações enfrentadas pelos trabalhadores e empresas, sejam realizadas.
The period faced by the COVID-19 pandemic brought abrupt and devastating changes to all areas of everyone’s life, and work was no different. The need for social distancing influenced the emergence of new work practices and, consequently, effects on workers and organizations. Using the research strategy observational studies in film analysis to identify effects that affect both agents of work relations, the present study aimed to identify, through metaphorical and non-metaphorical languages, as this strategy suggests, such effects and decode them by categorizing them and individually analyzing their observational results. To this end, the film analyzed was ‘Home office: Un especial de Mirreyes contra Godínez’ (2020). Considering it is a topic that has been contextualized very recently, consequently there is still little academic material available for consultation. Despite this, there are reports of authors focusing on this topic, allowing studies dated 2020 to be consulted. The results of this investigation point to the fact that work-family balance, once broken, becomes an aggravating factor for well-being and creates a propensity for stress factors that can involve the worker, once this balance is affected, for several linked reasons, which becomes a challenge for the organization and its managers and also for the worker. The possibilities of this topic for future research, with opportunities to explore the consequences of the events that occurred, and the effects described here, are very vast, thus allowing multiple investigations, possibly focused on different fronts and situations faced by workers and companies, to be carried out.
