A função pedagógica na intervenção profissional: um estudo a partir do trabalho profissional de assistentes sociais nos CRAS de Campinas/SP

Resumo
A dissertação que ora se apresenta, intitulada “A função pedagógica na intervenção
profissional: um estudo a partir do trabalho profissional de assistentes sociais nos
CRAS de Campinas/SP” foi construída a partir do interesse em estudar o trabalho
das assistentes sociais nos Centros de Referência de Assistência Social - CRAS do
município de Campinas, interior do estado de São Paulo, onde estou inserida na
operacionalização do Sistema Único de Assistência Social - SUAS como servidora
pública municipal. Além disso, o objetivo geral desta pesquisa é analisar o trabalho
profissional das/os assistentes sociais que atuam nos CRAS de Campinas/SP, como
se desenvolve a dimensão político-pedagógica da profissão e se há diferentes
projetos profissionais em disputa. De um universo de 38 assistentes sociais, lotadas
nos CRAS, nossa pesquisa teve um alcance de 34,2% - 13 profissionais - e ocorreu
em duas etapas, a primeira por meio de questionário eletrônico (google forms), e a
segunda etapa com a realização de grupo focal, com três assistentes sociais. No
primeiro capítulo contextualizamos e problematizamos o papel do Estado, na
perspectiva burguesa, considerando a formação social, econômica, política e cultural
do Brasil, utilizando como recorte temporal o final do século XIX. No segundo
capítulo trouxemos a trajetória da assistência social no contexto nacional e em
Campinas e sua estruturação. No terceiro capítulo situamos o Serviço Social na
História do Brasil enquanto profissão inserida na divisão sociotécnica do trabalho,
conceitos importantes para compreensão do trabalho profissional e apresentamos a
concepção da dimensão pedagógica da intervenção profissional a partir de Abreu
(2002) e análise de dados. As considerações (nada) finais apontam que falar em
uma pedagogia da emancipação afeta ao trabalho profissional na assistência social
implica em uma análise dos processos históricos tanto da política quanto do Serviço
Social, dando ênfase ao pós Movimento de Reconceituação, quando os princípios
éticos e políticos se inclinam para a definição de um posicionamento político ao lado
dos interesses da classe trabalhadora, enquanto o Estado ultra liberal não
empreende esforços políticos e financeiros para a concretização do que se é criado,
pelo menos, em termos legais.
This dissertation, entitled "The Pedagogical Function in Professional Intervention: A Study Based on the Professional Work of Social Workers in the CRAS of Campinas/SP," emerged from the interest in studying the work of social workers in the Social Assistance Reference Centers - CRAS in the municipality of Campinas, in the countryside of the state of São Paulo, where I am involved in the operation of the Unified Social Assistance System - SUAS as a municipal civil servant. Additionally, the overall objective of this research is to analyze the professional work of social workers who work in the CRAS of Campinas/SP, as well as to observe how the political-pedagogical dimension of the profession develops, and whether there are different professional projects in dispute. From a universe of 38 social workers, working in CRAS, our research had a reach of 34.2% - 13 professionals - and took place in two stages, the first through an electronic questionnaire (google forms), and the second stage with the carrying out a focus group, with three social workers. The first chapter presents the context and the issues in the role of the State from a bourgeois perspective, considering Brazil's social, economic, political, and cultural formation, focusing on the late 19th century. The second chapter traced the trajectory of social assistance in the national context and in Campinas, as well as its structure. The third chapter situated Social Work in Brazilian history as a profession within the socio-technical division of labor, presented important concepts for understanding professional work and the conception of the pedagogical dimension of professional intervention according to Abreu (2002), in addition to data analysis. The (not-so) final considerations point out that discussing a pedagogy of emancipation related to professional work in social assistance implies an analysis of historical processes both in politics and in Social Work, with an emphasis on the period after the Reconceptualization Movement, when ethical and political principles lean towards defining a political stance alongside the interests of the working class, while the ultra- liberal State does not undertake political and financial efforts to accomplish of what was legally established.
