This is a survey carried out in the municipality of Eldorado-SP, with rural workers. These women accessed the health service late, resulting in a condition of vulnerability to illness; many were breadwinners. The study proposed to verify the workers' perspectives on their life, work and health conditions, using an interventional care strategy: Integrative Community Therapy. This methodology, considered an Integrative and Complementary Health Practice, enables inclusion, making it possible to develop preventive actions and health promotion, broaden the look on self-care, in addition to the prevention of injuries. The research field was the territory of the Itapeúna Family Health Strategy, a rural area in the municipality of Eldorado-SP. This study provided the discovery of a rural daily life where the protagonists went through situations of inequality, devaluation and subordination. Four Community Therapy circles were held, two with free themes and two themes that were analyzed, categorized and coded, using the thematic content analysis technique. Data were collected from the therapy circles' registration forms, and this instrument was evaluated at the end of the intervention. The collection of information showed that rural workers faced relational conflicts: family, work and health services. These women's ability to overcome was based on the search for family reinforcement, spirituality, community and support networks. The change that occurred after the research was evidenced by the achievement of an ESF service base in that location, a movement initiated by the participants and the Family Health Strategy team. The research, of a qualitative and interventional nature, aimed at the scientific investigation, territorial of a reality experienced by rural workers, in a region of Eldorado (SP), in the Ribeira Valley, "women of the deal", in a context of social vulnerability and of health. TCI was used as a provocative strategy for modifying the existential context, which facilitated the identification of difficulties and facilitators for potential changes, a methodology developed in a perspective of socialization, interaction, exchanges and collective constructions.
