Iniciação à pesquisa de jovens secundaristas: luz sobre as trajetórias de vida, escolares e planos de futuro

Resumo
A pesquisa teve como foco investigar os impactos da aproximação com a pesquisa científica na trajetória escolar, projetos de vida e planos de futuro de jovens pesquisadores ainda no Ensino Médio por meio do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação Científica - Ensino Médio (PIBIC-EM) do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológica (CNPq). A partir da análise das publicações mais recentes sobre o PIBIC-EM e o saber empírico empregado na convivência e na troca com os estudantes secundaristas, viabilizado pela inserção da pesquisadora e da orientadora no projeto de extensão “Juventudes & Funk na Baixada Santista: território, redes, saúde e educação”, foi possível conhecer a fundo os caminhos trilhados pelos jovens até o momento e quais são os sonhos e desejos que permeiam seus planos para os próximos anos. A pesquisa aconteceu em duas escolas de Santos –SP que o projeto de extensão tem parceria. A partir da participação conjunta nas ações de extensão, a inserção no cotidiano das escolas e nas realidades dos territórios, foram sendo trazidos questionamentos e reflexões para a construção da presente pesquisa, utilizou-se como recurso a aplicação de um questionário semi-estruturado juntos aos jovens, que foi respondido de forma voluntária e sigilosa, com questões relativas às suas experiências e compreensões acerca da sua inserção no cotidiano científico e os impactos gerados nas variadas esferas da vida. Além disso, foram realizadas duas conversas coletivas com os estudantes pesquisadores, uma em cada escola de Santos, e duas entrevistas em profundidade com jovens que participaram do programa, mas já finalizaram o Ensino Médio e estão em um outro momento da vida. A análise desses dados baseou-se na sistematização das experiências desses jovens de forma que suas trajetórias individuais e coletivas sejam compreendidas, de tal maneira que possibilite e fomente novas construções e formas de ser e estar na relação entre escola e universidade. Espera-se trazer com essa pesquisa diferentes narrativas de vida através da perspectiva de jovens que vivem realidades distintas, mas que têm as ferramentas da formação sócio-política e da educação como agentes transformadores de suas possibilidades de futuro.
The research focused on investigating the impacts of approaching scientific research, in high school, on the school trajectory, life projects and future plans of young researchers who are part of one of the cores of the multicenter research project through the Institutional Program of Scholarships for Scientific Initiation (PIBIC-EM) - HighSchool of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). From the analysis of the most recent publications on the PIBIC-EM and the empirical knowledge used in the coexistence and exchange with high school students, made possible by the insertion of the researcher and the advisor in the extension project “Juventudes & Funk na Baixada Santista: territory, networks, health and education”, which has a partnership with two schools in the city of Santos (SP) where the research students study, it was possible to get to know in depth the paths taken so far and what are the dreams and desires that permeate their plans for the coming years. The joint participation in the extension actions and the participation in the daily life of the schools and in the realities of the territories were being brought, raising questions and reflections for the construction of the present research, which used the resource of the application of a semi-structured questionnaire together with the youths, which was answered voluntarily and confidentially, with questions related to their experiences and understandings about their participation in the scientific daily life and the impacts generated in the various spheres of life. In addition, two collective conversations were held with research students, one at each school in Santos, and two in-depth interviews with people who participated in the program but have already finished high school and are at a diferente moment in their lives. The analysis of these data was based on the systematization of these young people’s experiences so that their individual and collective trajectories are understood, in such a way as to enable and encourage new constructions and ways of being in the relationship between school and university. This research is expected to bring different life narratives through the perspective of young people who live different realities, but who have the tools of socio-political formation and education as transforming agents of their future possibilities.
