Resumo
Esse trabalho apresenta dados existentes atualmente sobre a geração Z e o mercado de trabalho. A pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar com base na literatura existente, produções que averiguam e explicam a geração Z, e a sua relação com o mercado de trabalho. Por meio de uma busca sistemática em bases de dados com o recorte temporal de 2010 a 2022, e com alguns delimitadores de busca como: geração Z, nativos digitais, mercado de trabalho, foram identificados artigos e proposta uma classificação dentre os insumos encontrados. Este levantamento permitiu um aprendizado sobre a Geração Z, possibilitando reflexões e ponderações acerca do momento atual. A ascensão da tecnologia é um fator crucial para a história dessa geração e, essencialmente, de como o mundo se comporta hoje. Também contribuiu para o conhecimento sobre os aspectos desse grupo geracional e trouxe esclarecimentos de quais são as expectativas da geração Z em relação ao mercado de trabalho. Como produto final, criou-se um acervo documental sobre a geração Z.
This paper presents currently existing data on Generation Z and the labor market. The research aimed to identify, based on the existing literature, productions that investigate and explain generation Z, and its relationship with the labor market. Through a systematic search in databases with a time frame from 2010 to 2022, and with some search delimiters such as: generation Z, digital natives, labor market, articles were identified and a classification among the inputs found was proposed. This survey allowed learning about Generation Z, allowing for reflections about the current moment. The rise of technology is a crucial factor in the history of this generation and, essentially, of how the world behaves today. It also contributed to the knowledge about aspects of this generational group and brought clarification of what are the expectations of generation Z in relation to the job market. As a final product, a documentary collection on generation Z was created.
