Aprendendo com o outro: um relato de experiência sobre aprender-fazer na formação em saúde mental

Resumo
Durante as décadas de 1970 e 1980 foram feitas inúmeras denúncias sobre torturas e maus tratos que aconteciam nos Hospitais Psiquiátricos brasileiros em relação às pessoas que estavam ali contidas. As violências que ocorriam em tais instituições impulsionaram o movimento da Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira a buscar uma forma de tratamento baseado nos Direitos Humanos. Neste sentido, centralizaram-se às ações de Saúde Mental no cuidado em liberdade e na reabilitação psicossocial dos sujeitos em serviços abertos e comunitários. Apesar dos mais de trinta anos de Reforma, esses indivíduos ainda vivenciam a proximidade à exclusão social diariamente, sendo estigmatizados e isolados o que torna a luta por direitos, liberdade e autonomia dos usuários dos serviços de Saúde Mental constante. Com a atual regressão de políticas públicas, evidencia-se a tentativa de retorno ao modelo manicomial e é papel da universidade pública se manifestar. Este Trabalho de Conclusão de curso pretende dar relevo ao processo de formação compartilhada em saúde mental por meio de relato de experiência voltando-se às vivências e o sentir de uma graduanda da Universidade Federal de São Paulo Campus Baixada Santista. Trata de relatos das intensidades vividas durante a formação em Psicologia através dos encontros com pessoas que vivem com sofrimento psíquico intenso. Com isso, reflexões sobre o lugar do louco e da loucura como produção social voltada à exclusão da diferença surgiram, mostrando a importância da desconstrução da ideia pré estabelecida socialmente, através do contato com a realidade. Para isso a autora retomou seus escritos, memórias e afetos de um intenso período de formação que se iniciou em 2015, com módulos de aulas teóricas e idas a campo, participação em projeto de extensão, realização de Iniciação Científica e de estágios na área da saúde mental. Assim, a autora retoma suas experiências desde o primeiro contato com a saúde mental e os ditos loucos, ações dentro do projeto de extensão e Iniciação Científica, seguindo para o estágio interdisciplinar “Práticas desinstitucionalizantes em saúde mental” realizado em 2018, até o estágio profissionalizante “Psicologia e Interdisciplinaridade na Saúde Mental: perspectiva existencial-humanista” realizado em 2019 e 2020. Em tais encontros a graduanda pôde ter acesso ao dia a dia dos indivíduos com sofrimento psíquico intenso, assim como a seus afetos e vivências, abrindo-se para o sentir e o refletir sobre saúde mental. Foram cinco anos em que pode-se considerar que ocorreu grande mobilização de importantes afetos para a construção de um conhecimento que trabalhe de modo horizontal e seja compartilhado. E que a (trans)formação vivenciada aponta para um caminho de ressignificação tanto do sofrimento psíquico em si como também de valorização do conhecimento vivido, além de indicar uma metamorfose pessoal para este vir a ser Psicóloga, levando a graduanda para além do conhecimento teórico.
During the 1970s and 1980s there were countless reports of torture and mistreatment of people in Brazilian Psychiatric Hospitals. The violence that took place in such institutions spurred the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform movement to seek a form of treatment based on Human Rights. In this sense, they centered Mental Health actions on the care in freedom and psychosocial rehabilitation of subjects in open and community services. Despite more than thirty years of Reform, these individuals still experience daily proximity to social exclusion, being stigmatized and isolated, which makes the fight for rights, freedom and autonomy of users of Mental Health services constant. With the current regression of public policies, the attempt to return to the manicomial model is evidenced, and it is the role of the public university to manifest itself. This Final Paper intends to highlight the process of shared education in mental health through the experience report, focusing on the experiences and feelings of a graduate student of the Federal University of São Paulo Campus Baixada Santista. It deals with accounts of the intensities experienced during the formation in Psychology through meetings with people who live with intense psychic suffering. With this, reflections on the place of madness and madness as social production aimed at exclusion from difference have emerged, showing the importance of deconstructing the preestablished idea socially, through contact with reality. To this end, the author resumed her writings, memories and affections of an intense period of training that began in 2015, with modules of theoretical classes and trips to the field, participation in an extension project, realization of Scientific Initiation and internships in the area of mental health. Thus, the author resumes her experiences from the first contact with mental health and the so-called crazy, actions within the extension project and Scientific Initiation, moving on to the interdisciplinary internship "Deinstitutionalizing Practices in Mental Health" held in 2018, until the professional internship "Psychology and Interdisciplinarity in Mental Health: an existential-humanist perspective" held in 2019 and 2020. In these meetings, the student could have access to the daily life of individuals with intense psychic suffering, as well as to their affections and experiences, opening herself to feel and reflect on mental health. It has been five years in which it can be considered that there has been a great mobilization of important affections for the construction of a knowledge that works in a horizontal way and is shared. And that the (trans)experienced formation points to a path of re-signification both of the psychic suffering itself as well as of valuing the knowledge lived, besides indicating a personal metamorphosis for this to become a Psychologist, taking the student beyond the theoretical knowledge.
