Resumo
Muitos profissionais já tentaram explicar o fenômeno do brincar e cada um o vê a sua
maneira, porém sabe-se que o brincar é a principal atividade infantil, capaz de auxiliar no
desenvolvimento de capacidades e habilidades essenciais para a vida adulta. O ambiente onde
a criança vive é extremamente importante para que o seu crescimento seja dado de forma
saudável. O presente projeto teve por objetivo conhecer o comportamento lúdico das crianças
sob o olhar dos pais. Pretendeu-se ainda entender como tal comportamento foi construído
considerando que as crianças residem em área de vulnerabilidade social e, também avaliar as
interferências que aconteceram neste processo de construção. Participaram do estudo dez (10)
pais de crianças de ambos os sexos que frequentassem o C.A.F (Centro de Apoio à Família)
“Só pra te vê” na Zona Noroeste de Santos. O instrumento utilizado foi uma versão adaptada
transculturalmente por Sant’anna, Blascovi-Assis e Magalhães da Entrevista com os Pais
Sobre o Comportamento Lúdico da Criança (EIP) – versão 2. Os dados foram coletados em
dois momentos, antes e depois das 10 sessões de contação de história do projeto de extensão
“Baú de Histórias”, com duração média de 30 minutos. Os dados indicaram que média de
idade dos participantes foi de 29,1 anos. Observaram-se algumas mudanças quanto ao
comportamento lúdico das crianças, a comunicação através de palavras ganhou destaque em
algumas condutas como: demonstração de segurança, prazer, desprazer e outros. Algumas
atitudes essenciais do brincar da criança se mostraram constantes durante todo o processo
como: prazer e espontaneidade, ainda verificaram-se o aumento dos elementos, curiosidade,
senso de humor e gosto por desafio. Notou-se que os pais passam pouco tempo com seus
filhos e tal fato pode ter influenciado nos resultados apresentados e pelo mesmo motivo o
C.A.F e a escola possuem um papel importante no processo de construção do comportamento
lúdico das crianças. Assim, faz-se necessária a conscientização dos pais quanto a importância
de brincar com seus filhos.

It was intended to further understand how such behavior has built in children residing in the area of social vulnerability, and also assess the interference that occurred in this building process. The study included ten (10) parents of children of both sexes who attend FSC (Family Support Center) “'Só pra te vê” in the Northwest area of Santos. The instrument used was a cross-culturally adapted version of Sant’anna, Blascovi-Assis and Magalhães Interview with Parents About Children's play behavior (EIP) - version 2. Data were collected at two time points before and after 10 sessions of storytelling of the extension project "Chest of Stories", with an average of 30 minutes. The data indicated that average age of participants was 29.1 years. There were some changes on the play behavior of children, communication through words came to prominence in certain behaviors such as: demonstration of safety, pleasure, displeasure, and others. Some essential attitudes of child's play proved constant throughout the process as pleasure and spontaneity, yet there were elements of the increase, curiosity, sense of humor and taste for challenge. It was noted that parents spend little time with their children and this could have influenced the results reported for the same reason the FSC and the school have an important role in the construction of the play behavior of children. Thus, it is necessary to be aware of the importance of parents playing with their children.
