Resumo
Os objetivos do trabalho são analisar a experiência do corpo no Pole Dance; compreender os sentidos e significados que o mesmo tem para seus praticantes e verificar os elementos técnicos e estéticos que compõe essa prática. A pesquisa, será dividida em duas partes. Na primeira foi feita uma análise do discurso através de uma entrevista no qual analisaremos a fala de doze bailarinos de Pole Dance que tenham uma prática sistemática há no mínimo dois anos e que tenham participado de no mínimo uma competição. Os participantes serão recrutados através da vivência da pesquisadora dentro das competições e não haverá restrição de gênero ou idade. Na segunda, foi feita uma análise de vinte e três vídeos coletados da internet de dois campeonatos: World Pole Dance Championship 2015 para a categoria Females e Pole Art Italy 2015 para a categoria Elite Men. Foram analisados elementos segundo Pavis (2015) como: experiência espacial gestual; experiência cinestésica; subpartitura; espaço dramático; técnicas e artes envolvidas; tempo subjetivo interior; figurino e maquiagem e a análise de movimentos segundo a leitura de Laban. Os resultados e discussões foram diluídos em três capítulos do trabalho, sendo que, o primeiro foca na contextualização histórica da modalidade; tabus; preconceitos; e artes ou modalidades que conversem com a prática, fazendo uso dos discursos das entrevistas e de outras referências para a argumentação. O segundo destaca os elementos técnicos e estéticos do Pole Dance, sendo incluso a análise dos vídeos e falas dos voluntários da pesquisa. E por fim, o último trata sobre as sensações do corpo dentro do Pole Dance, com o uso de referências e da experiência dos voluntários com a prática. O Pole Dance apesar de parecer uma prática simples e como qualquer outra atividade, possui muitas coisas envolvidas. Envolve as sensações do corpo, sensibilização, criatividade, auto-estima, auto-imagem, quebra de barreiras, de limitações, do cotidiano, do preconceito, do exercício padronizado, da falta de significado. O corpo em contato com a barra, quando se coloca presente, quando experimenta de fato essa nova experiência e se permite contagiar por ela, mergulha em um universo de possibilidades e muitas barreiras físicas, sociais e psicológicas vão sendo diminuídas. Diante do exposto, podemos afirmar que o corpo que dança o Pole Dance é, de fato, uma potência de conhecimento.
The focus of this paper is to analyze the body's experience in Pole Dance; understanding the meanings that it has to its prayers and evaluate the technical and aesthetic elements that make up the Pole Dance. The research will be divided into two parts, the first one was made of speech analysis through an interview which we analyze the speech of 12 Pole Dance dancers who have practiced for at least two years and have had at least participate of one competition. The players will be recruited through the experience of the researcher within the competitions and there will be no restriction of gender or age. The second part will be an analysis of 23 videos collected from Internet from two championships that happened already: World Pole Dance Championship 2015 to the Females category and Pole Art Italy in 2015 for the Elite Men category. It was analyzed based on elements according to Pavis (2015) as: gestural spatial experience; kinesthetic experience; sub score; dramatic space; arts and techniques involved; Interior subjective time and costumes; makeup and analyzing movements based on Laban. The results and discussions were diluted in three chapters of the work, and the first one focuses on the historical context of the sport; taboos and prejudices; and arts or ways to talk to the practice, making use of the discourse of interviews and other references to the argument. The second, highlights the technical and aesthetic elements of the Pole Dance, which included the analysis of videos and speeches of research volunteers. Finally, the last one is about the body sensations in the Pole Dance with the use of references and experience with volunteers practice. The Pole Dance seems to be simple and practical, but as in other activity it has many things involved. It involves body sensations, awareness, creativity, self-esteem, self-image, breaking down barriers, limitations, everyday, prejudice, the standardized exercise, a lot of meanings. The body contact with the bar when in fact try this new experience and allows someone to be involved by it: dives into a universe of possibilities and many physical, social and psychological barriers are being diminished. In conclusion, we can say that the body that dances Pole Dance is, in fact, a power of knowledge
