A revisão da literatura possibilitou a identificação de 35 benefícios sociais, os quais foram pesquisados quanto às suas ocorrências junto a 4560 profissionais pelo LinkedIn e complementados por indicações pela técnica snowball de coleta de dados. O estudo conclui que a carreira docente apresentou maior oferta de benefícios sociais em nove tipos, enquanto outras carreiras apresentaram maior oferta de benefícios sociais em quinze tipos. Além disso, em outros oito tipos de benefícios sociais, não foi verificada relevância significante comparada entre os grupos analisados.
- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)Avaliação Do Desempenho Docente Nas Redes Públicas Estaduais De Ensino Do Brasil E Sua Relação Com A Remuneração(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2017-08-09) Zatti, Antonio Marcos [UNIFESP]; Minhoto, Maria Angélica Pedra [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)The aim of this study is to outline the Brazilian panorama related to the evaluation of the work of teaching staff linked to the payment of bonus, in all states and in the Federal District, in force in 2015. It seeks to identify the characteristics and main trends of these policies, implemented in general under the justification of the raise of value of basic education and its teachers, relating the results of evaluation and the work of teachers. The research is linked to a Project called Teaching Personnel Payment Observatory (Pord), funded by Capes since 2008. To identify the current norms related to these processes, research was carried out on institutional sites of all Brazilians states, as well as sending correspondence to these organizations, requesting the regulations in force. In 14 Brazilian statesthe evaluation of the performance of the bonus related to the teaching staff in payment was identified - Acre, Amazonas, Bahia, Ceará, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Paraíba, Paraná, Pernambuco, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo and Tocantins. By means of documentary analysis and treatment of qualitative and quantitative data, the understanding of these policies was made considering fundamentally the concepts of technological rationality and the principle of performance elaborated in works of Herbert Marcuse. Moreover, the interpretation on the consequences of this evaluative strategy was based on the concept of individualization, identified by Robert Castel in labor relations. In face of a reality governed by the principle of performance and the constant pursuit of productivity, evaluation policies, instead of being strategies that promote the valorization of the professional category, were constituted as technologies of control over the work of teachers, establishing patterns of behavior, requiring adaptation to the logic of technological rationality. As effect, a reconfiguration of labor relations and the progressive tendency towards the individualism and the responsibility of the subjects were observed.

The Public Policy Management Assistant (PPMA) has as one of its duties to perform, under expert supervision, technical support activities associated with the implementation and execution of public policies. In addition, the servers of this office occupy strategic positions within the public administration performing positions of trust, ranging from direction and supervision up to deputy mayor. This makes the role of these servers to be critical to the organization, as they directly influence the achievements of government programs and services. We analyze in this study the trajectory of this administrative position throughout the last 30 years, aiming to examine the structure of its career plans, remuneration plans (fixed and variable remuneration), criteria of performance evaluation, as well as the requirements of last public procurement for this position. We also seek to describe and analyze the initiatives implemented by São Paulo City's Prefecture towards the public servants professionalization in Public Policies.

It is based on the rules for the teaching career between 1951 and 2010. It was found that the public tender was the main process of hiring teachers; there were changes on the number, composition and duration of the workday; when progress in the career is considered, seniority, qualification and continuing education predominated; wage dispersion underwent changes until 1994, becoming more stable thereafter; and there were variations on the remuneration composition in terms of additional bonuses, allowances, compensation and awards.

The data analyzed through a qualitative approach, refer to a sample of 71 teachers and show that, in most cases, the teachers teach in the early years of elementary school of EJA modality, are in the career of teaching at least 11 years, and in the area of EJA from 1 year to 5 years. Such evidence suggests that teachers begin their career in the classroom with students at the proper age for school education. Most have training in higher education, but with lack of specific content to work with young people and adults. Thus it is clear that the group considered to take their practice teaching contents and methodology of the models of education directed at children. The data also indicate that it is along its insertion in the area of adult education and through continuing education that professionals initiate and deepen that particular area. As a conclusion of the research there is evidence that the formation process of EJA teachers is basically in-service or graduate courses and not in its initial formation, which points to a fundamental role in the politics of core continuing education manager of EJA.

The studies investigate the relation between the career time and the processes of sufferings and pleasure of the teachers, besides a certain analysis of the occupational stress generated, going into the aspects related to the work organization and the teaching career. Working with the richness of the field of Work - related Mental Health, the research is based on the conceptual framework of Stress Theory and Burnout, but includes the proposition of constructs created from the concepts of pleasure and suffering, extracted from the psychodynamic theory of job. The aim of this research is to find grounds for the construction of action / reflection in favor of the professional exercise, as well as to deal with the teaching being, in face of the demands of the work organization, the experiences lived during the career, and the relations of these factors with the perceptions Of stress, suffering and pleasure at work expressed by the subjects. It is a field study, descriptive, transversal, articulating quantitative and comprehensive-interpretative methods. The procedure was the direct request of information to teachers of the Department of Education of Santos, in teaching activity, about the hypothesis, which affirmed, the longer the career time, the greater the suffering and the stress. The data collection was done with a self- administered questionnaire, created for this purpose, containing 32 direct questions, 24 of which were multiple choice and 8 were open. The topics discussed are related to the main variable, teaching career time, as well as recognition, appreciation, pleasure and suffering at work. In two questions, the technique of free association of words, differential of the instrument was used because it places the subject in a more subjective reflection in the contact with the motives and feelings in relation to his profession. The non-probabilistic sample consisted of 115 teachers who accepted an invitation to participate in the study, after approval of the Education Department of Santos. Data were analyzed from relative frequencies and inferential analyzes. The degree of suffering and pleasure were measured on a scale of 0 to 10, and presented complementary means: 4.42 for the degree of suffering and 6.76 for the degree of pleasure. Another highlight is the words expressed by the subjects, where dedication, commitment, fulfillment, vocation, love, fatigue, which formed the clouds of words, an analyzer of frequencies. The final product, was conceived and created, from the results, with a playful character. It is a game that can be used with the teachers, in a itinerant way in the spaces of permanent education, enabling the work with the questions raised in this research on the teaching career. It seeks to bring lightness to work, even dealing with the experiences associated with career time and the experiences of pleasure and suffering at work. This initiative aims to contribute to the well-being of teachers and so that the municipality can become a reference in the treatment of the theme.
