Resumo
As Diretrizes Curriculares determinam que a interdisciplinaridade deve permear toda
a formação do enfermeiro. Em função dessas Diretrizes, os cursos de graduação em
Enfermagem com currículos estruturados em matrizes disciplinares se vêem às
voltas com a necessidade de reorganizá-los para atender os ditames da lei. Nesse
sentido, o estudo teve como objetivo caracterizar a incorporação da
interdisciplinaridade na graduação, tendo em vista dimensionar os desafios
relacionados à sua implementação. Este estudo comporta um levantamento em
caráter exploratório, de natureza descritiva, numa abordagem qualitativa. Coletaramse
dados a partir de análise documental, entrevistas e aplicação de questionários.
Analisou-se numa primeira etapa a história das instituições, seu desenvolvimento
curricular e incorporação da interdisciplinaridade. Numa segunda etapa foram
estudadas as disposições atuais de modificações curriculares com enfoque na
interdisciplinaridade, bem como seus limites e possibilidades. O estudo evidenciou
disposição de reorganização curricular em diferentes graus de desenvolvimento em
função da história Institucional. Detectou esforços por parte da coordenação dos
cursos em estabelecer um currículo integrado. A matriz curricular disciplinar, fatores
econômicos e problemas referentes à formação docente foram nomeados como
fatores limitantes. A disponibilidade de alguns docentes e os espaços de práticas e
projetos na comunidade figuram como facilitadores de incorporação da
interdisciplinaridade nos currículos. Observa-se que existe a intenção de incorporar a
interdisciplinaridade, que se concretiza no processo de reorganização curricular. O
estudo aponta que os diferentes cenários de práticas constituem lócus privilegiado
para o exercício da interdisciplinaridade. Mudanças vêm ocorrendo nos currículos
num processo lento, de diferentes formas, de acordo com a história e o contexto das
Instituições onde se inserem os cursos de graduação em Enfermagem investigados.
Curricular guidelines determine that the interdisciplinarity shall permeate all the formation of the nurse. In function of this, undergraduate courses in Nursing with curricula structured as disciplinary matrices cope with the need to be reorganized to conform to the law. In this direction, the study had as objective to characterize the incorporation of the interdisciplinarity in the undergraduate courses, to evaluate the challenges related to its implementation. This study holds a survey of exploratory character, of descriptive nature, in a qualitative approach. Data has been collected from document analysis, interviews and application of questionnaires. In a first stage the history of the institutions, their curricular development and incorporation of the interdisciplinarity were analyzed. In a second stage the current disposition to make curricular modifications focused on interdisciplinarity has been studied, as well as its limits and possibilities. The study evidenced disposition to curricular reorganization in different degrees of development in function of institutional history. It detected efforts on the part of the coordination of the courses to establish an integrated curriculum. The disciplinary curricular matrix, economic factors and problems related to the teachers’ formation had been nominated as limiting factors. The availability of some professors and spaces for practices and projects in the community appear as facilitators of incorporation of the interdisciplinarity in the curricula. It was observed that the intention exists to incorporate the interdisciplinarity, materialized in the process of curricular reorganization. The study shows that the different scenarios of practices constitute locus privileged for the exercise of the interdisciplinarity. Changes have been occurring in the resumes in a slow process, of different forms, in accordance with the history and the context of the institutions where the undergraduate courses in Nursing investigated are inserted.
