Resumo
Ainda que tenhamos avanços nas últimas décadas na legislação e na formulação de políticas públicas voltadas ao acesso a saúde das pessoas em situação de rua (PSR), o acesso deste grupo social aos serviços e saúde tem sido deficitário. Por um lado, a falta de informações precisas sobre a quantidade de pessoas que vivem nas ruas, dificulta a elaboração de políticas públicas, por outro lado, concorrem também a falta de informação da própria população sobre seus direitos e, ainda, o preconceito com as PSR constituem-se como barreiras que agravam ainda mais esta situação. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi compreender as dimensões de acesso das PSR às políticas públicas de saúde, por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica. A metodologia utilizada foi descritiva -qualitativa, buscando entender o fenômeno dentro do seu contexto social. Análise e Resultados: O levantamento bibliográfico mostrou que o Consultório na Rua (CnaR), surge como um equipamento que produz intervenções terapêuticas e cuidado para essa população sempre em movimento, constituindo-se como porta de entrada nos serviços de saúde da rede do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS),para essa população. O terapeuta ocupacional é um dos profissionais que compõem as equipes multiprofissionais dos consultórios na rua, com o desafio do trabalho territorial, sensível aos modos de vida deste grupo social e no esforço da transposição de barreiras para o acesso a saúde da PSR.
The lack of information on how many people live on the streets, causes the implementation of public policies for this population to be deficient, making the person / population on the street (PSR) experience difficulties in accessing health care when they need it and the lack of information about their rights and barriers to access further aggravate this situation. The objective of this research was to understand, on the dimensions of access of the PSR to public health policies, through a bibliographic review. Methodology used was descriptive-qualitative seeking to understand the phenomenon within its sociais context, such as the search by the PSR for health care services, only in severe health cases, by entering the urgency and emergency services in hospitals of the public health network . The Consulting in the street (CR), emerged as a project that produces therapeutic interventions and care for this population always on the move, becoming the gateway to health services in the Unified Health System (SUS), for this population. Counting on a multiprofessional team composed of professionals from several different areas, such as the occupational therapist, who will direct the focus of its action towards people, groups and / or communities that experience processes of total social disengagement.
