A experiência do teletrabalho na perspectiva dos trabalhadores durante a pandemia de Covid-19

O ano de 2020 foi marcado pelo início da pandemia de Covid-19 no Brasil e, por se tratar de uma doença contagiosa, medidas de distanciamento social foram adotadas para impedir a proliferação mais acentuada do vírus. No campo do trabalho, muitas empresas adotaram, repentinamente, o regime de teletrabalho para as funções que podiam ser realizadas a distância. Neste contexto, esta presente pesquisa teve o objetivo de identificar os impactos do teletrabalho na vivência e experiência de 164 indivíduos entrevistados, considerando os seus aspectos positivos e negativos, a legislação sobre o tema e a percepção dos trabalhadores sobre tal modalidade. Para a coleta dos dados primários, foi utilizada uma metodologia quantitativa, por meio da aplicação de um questionário eletrônico para coletar a percepção dos trabalhadores que vivenciaram essa transição do trabalho presencial para o remoto em um contexto pandêmico. Os resultados principais apontam que a experiência dos trabalhadores no regime remoto foi, na maior parte das vezes, mais positiva do que negativa, com ganhos autopercebidos sobretudo na produtividade, na autonomia e na qualidade de vida, de modo que a maior parte dos entrevistados espera continuar trabalhando remotamente no pós-pandemia. Entretanto, alguns desafios foram sentidos no teletrabalho, principalmente relacionados à interação social com os colegas e a superior carga de trabalho.
The Covid-19 pandemic marked the beginning of 2020. As it was a contagious disease, Brazil adopted social distancing measures to prevent the proliferation of the virus. Workplaces suddenly adopted telework for jobs that could be done remotely. The objective of this term paper is to identify telework impact on the individual routine and experience, considering its positives and negatives aspects, the Brazilian legislation about the subject, and the worker's perception about that modality. For the primary data collection, it was used a quantitative methodology, with the application of an online survey to collect the worker's perceptions that had face-to-face work to telework transition in a pandemic context, with 164 people interviewed. The main results indicate that the worker's experience in telework was, most of the time, more positive than negative, with self-pointed benefits principally at productivity, autonomy, and quality of life, and the majority expects to continue with the telework environment in the post-pandemic. However, some challenges were faced at the telework, mostly related to social interaction with coworkers and the workload.
