Classes hospitalares: um estudo sobre as diretrizes legais que as amparam e as práticas que as envolvem

Resumo
Nesta monografia, a intenção é compreender quais são as especificidades do trabalho pedagógico que ocorre no ambiente hospitalar. Para isso, foram estabelecidos os seguintes objetivos: identificar diretrizes legais, em âmbito federal, que amparam as classes hospitalares e sua evolução institucional; identificar como se moldam as práticas educacionais para que possam se adequar aos ambientes hospitalares e atender de maneira justa aqueles que se encontram em situação de internação e verificar se e como os parâmetros legais têm influenciado as práticas educativas dessa modalidade. O procedimento metodológico escolhido para reger o trabalho foi o de pesquisa bibliográfica, que é um procedimento que consiste em uma revisão crítica e organizada de um material previamente selecionado dentro de um determinado tema e recortes específicos para categorizá-lo, nesse caso, as classes hospitalares, as diretrizes legais e as práticas que as envolvem. Para o levantamento desse material, fizemos buscas no Banco de Dados da CAPES, SciELO e Google Acadêmico, empregando termos como Pedagogia Hospitalar; Escola Hospitalar; Atendimento Escolar Hospitalar; Classe Hospitalar; Crianças Hospitalizadas Direitos; Educação Crianças Hospitalizadas. Depois de selecionado, o material foi organizado para análise, utilizando-se a cronologia, para as diretrizes legais, e as recorrências temáticas, para os trabalhos acadêmicos. Ao decorrer desta monografia, foi possível constatar que, historicamente, tanto as normativas legais quanto os estudos e as discussões que envolvem as práticas desenvolvidas nas classes hospitalares são muito recentes se comparados às demais modalidades educacionais. Em relação às normativas legais, pudemos perceber que são pouco voltadas especificamente a essa modalidade e que o modo de funcionamento das classes hospitalares e de seus atendimentos não são totalmente descritos e atualizados, tarefa que deve ser cumprida pelos sistemas estaduais e municipais de educação. Nos conjuntos mais recentes das normativas, é possível identificar uma maior preocupação com o bem-estar dos educandos enfermos. Além disso, as formas de atuação e de adaptações dos moldes educacionais para a educação hospitalar estão em fase de constante experimentação e inovação. Pudemos ainda constatar que o objetivo geral nas classes hospitalares é o de que os educandos atendidos sejam preparados de forma humanizadora, para o momento que consigam recobrar a saúde e, assim, a autonomia necessária para que sejam reencaminhados para a escola regular e para o convívio com o grupo escolar. Por fim, compreendemos que a pedagogia hospitalar apresenta relevância para ser considerada uma modalidade para ser integrada de modo obrigatório nos currículos de Pedagogia.
The following essay intends to comprehend what are the specificities of the pedagogical labor that takes place in the hospital environment. In order to do that, the following aims were established: identify legal guidelines, at federal level, that support hospital class and their institutional evolution; identify how educational practices are shaped so they can adapt to hospital environments and fairly serve those who are hospitalized and verify whether and how legal parameters have influenced the educational practices of this modality. The ethodological procedure chosen to conduct this essay was bibliographical research, that consists of a critical and organized review of previously selected material within a given theme and specific excerpts to categorize it, in this case, hospital classes, legal guidelines and practices that involve them. To collect this material, we searched at CAPES Databases, SciELO and Google Scholar, using terms such as Hospital Pedagogy; Hospital School; Hospital School Assistance; Hospital Class; Hospitalized Children Rights; Hospitalized Children Education. Once selected, the material was organized for analysis. using chronology for legal guidelines and thematic recurrences for academic reports. During this essay, it was possible to verify that, historically, both legal regulations and studies and discussions involving practices developed in hospital classes are very recent compared to other educational modalities. Regarding legal regulations, we could see that they are not specifically focused on this modality and that the way hospital classes and their services operate are not fully described and updated, a task that must be fulfilled by the government and municipal educational systems. In the most recent sets of regulations, it is possible to identify a greater concern for the well-being of diseased students. Furthermore, the ways of acting and adapting educational models for hospital education are in a phase of constant experimentation and innovation. We were also able to verify that the general goal in hospital classes is for the students to be prepared in a humanizing way, for the moment when they are able to regain their health and, thus, the necessary autonomy so that they can be sent back to regular school and to socializing. with the school group. Finally, we understand that hospital pedagogy is relevant to be considered a modality to be mandatory integrated into Pedagogy school curriculum.
