In examining all of these job satisfaction scales, only two express in detail the relevant aspects of the work environment that employees may consider primordial to influencing satisfaction. In addition to the aspects brought by the scales, the national and international media and Stakeholders were also consulted to understand what are the challenges of the physical work environment when working remotely. When crossing the aspects addressed by the different sources, it is concluded that, although there are in-depth job satisfaction scales, none of them found considers the problems of the physical work environment of employees in a pandemic home office.
