Impactos da Covid-19 no segmento de cosméticos: um estudo de caso sob a ótica da Teoria da Contingência.

Resumo
A presente monografia tem a função de apresentar um estudo sobre quais foram as principais mudanças causadas e de que forma a pandemia de Covid-19 alterou a estrutura organizacional de uma empresa do segmento de cosméticos, sob a ótica da Teoria da Contingência, ou seja, apresentar os principais impactos tanto na estrutura, quanto no setor, fazendo interface com a presente teoria. A metodologia foi um estudo de caso aplicado no setor de cosméticos por meio de um questionário com perguntas fechadas aplicado a doze pessoas, e de entrevistas com um roteiro estruturado contendo questões abertas aplicadas a três pessoas, que possibilitou chegar aos resultados que confirmam o estudo anterior de Hayes (1976) que as organizações têm fortemente uma dependência do ambiente na qual fazem parte. Assim como, o estudo desenvolvido por Okano et al. (2020), relatando que a estrutura organizacional sofreu consequências, já que houve mudanças no modelo de trabalho, consequentemente, ocorreram outros impactos sendo um deles como viabilizar a nova infraestrutura de tecnologia da informação para muitos colaboradores que repentinamente tiveram que trabalhar de suas residências.
This monograph has the function of presenting a study on what were the main changes caused and how the Covid-19 pandemic changed the organizational structure of a company in the cosmetics segment, from the perspective of the Theory of Contingency, that is, present the main impacts both on the structure and on the sector, interfacing with the present theory. The methodology was a case study applied in the cosmetics sector through a questionnaire with closed questions applied to twelve people, and interviews with a structured script containing open questions applied to three people, which made it possible to reach the results that confirm the previous study. by Hayes (1976) that organizations are strongly dependent on the environment in which they are part. (2020), reporting that the organizational structure suffered consequences, since there were changes in the work model, consequently, there were other impacts, one of them being how to make the new information technology infrastructure viable for many employees who suddenly had to work from their homes.
