Petroleum is formed by the decomposition of organic materials. This resource is essential for human beings as it is one of the most important sources of energy, but it can bring some essential resources as a consequence of it. The environment operated by means of them, and the breeding environment, designated by means diverse function for a marine environment and, consequently, designated for direct distribution and diversification for their marine animals and, consequently, designated for direct distribution and diversions for their reproduction and development. In 20 crude countries19, in Brazil, the worst ever recorded occurred in the crude country19, there were more than 5000 tons of disaster that affected 1 states and 130 municipalities, and also protected marine areas that have great biological importance. It was an oil packed as heavy and high. This study aims to evaluate the toxicity of petroleum tests on copepods of the genus Nitokra sp. in 7 different oil stains. An analysis of sediment toxicity tests on fecundity of Nitokra sp. was made based on methods available in the literature. The data obtained were tested for normality and homoscedasticity. Through the PERMANOVA test, where pairs of areas were compared in order to analyze the difference in fecundity rate of each area, among the areas that differ, only some have significance regarding the level of offspring production. In addition, sources of oil were not as necessary as regions of polluting origin.
