A IR e a estratégia
As bases
Regulatory intelligence (IR) is a strand within regulatory affairs whose main function is to analyze information and the regulatory environment in order to understand its impacts on organizations. It is a process carried out for a long time, but nowadays it has been gaining strength and proving increasingly effective for companies that do it. This work aimed t o carry out a study on Regulatory Intelligence and its impacts on the industry, considering points such as its importance in the strategic elaboration of databases used by industries today. A survey was carried out between the period from 2011 to 2021 to select the appropriate sources for this study, which resulted in 19 articles evaluated as satisfactory to meet the objectives of the work. Regulatory Intelligence (IR) and regulatory strategy are two very important pillars within Regulatory Affairs and their understanding and construction has been improved and will increasingly evolve to improve the entire information management process, which encompasses monitoring, analysis, study, communication and actions (action plans and meetings) on new regulations and trends in the regulatory environment. Currently, existing databases are of great help in carrying out all the work and must always be consulted and validated. At the present time, it is important to be aware of the changes that have been taking place in the world, notably in line with sustainability, a pillar that has been widely discussed by all organizations, both regional and worldwide, so that this process complies this new vision of world/market.
