Relações entre velocidade de corrida e saltos múltiplos, em atletas velocistas com deficiência visual e seus guias

Resumo
O Atletismo Paralímpico é uma modalidade esportiva de variadas provas e multi-deficiências, no entanto, para os fins deste estudo, optou-se pela abordagem apenas das corridas de velocidade para atletas com deficiência visual (DV). Estas seguem um sistema de classificação esportivo baseado em escalas oftalmológicas que indicam as classes esportivas T/F 11-13, sendo que as regras esportivas são adaptadas para atletas das classes 11 e 12, permitindo-se o auxilio de um guia, que poderá correr junto com o competidor para orientá-lo. Destaca-se dentre as valências físicas exigidas a esses atletas a força explosiva. Objetivo: Buscar relações entre resultadosem testes de corrida de 50 metros com resultados em testes de saltos múltiplos horizontais (SMH). Metodologia: Pesquisa aprovada pelo CEP/UNIFESP0294/11. Participaram desse estudo 8 atletas DV, sendo eles, 4 do gênero masculino e 4 feminino das classes T/F 11 e 12 e seus respectivos guias, todos participantes da seleção brasileira. As avaliações foram realizadas no Núcleo de Alto Rendimento Grupo Pão de Açúcar em São Paulo, e na pista de atletismo de São Caetano durante as semanas de treinamento da seleção. Foram realizados testes de velocidade com o sistema de células fotoelétricas (Smart Speed/ Fusion Sport) conectadas a um notebook, que captavam os tempos parciais entre as posições 10, 20, 30, 40 e 50 metros. Os testes dos atletas com DV foram feitos juntamente com os guias e depois somente os guias. Nas avaliações de SMH, testes de saltos quíntuplos unilaterais (Q) e décuplos alternados (D). Os parâmetros foram avaliados pelo teste Wilcoxon e o teste de correlações de Person pelo software SPSS 20 Resultados: Os atletas com DV apresentaram médias de velocidades: 10 metros 6,06±0,25m/s, 20 metros 7,75±0,30m/s, 30 metros 8,47±0,48m/s, 40 metros 8,69±0,53m/s, 50 metros 8,62±0,43m/s e média total 7,78±0,35m/s. Os guias: 10 metros 6,32±0,16m/s, 20 metros 8,47±0,22m/s, 30 metros 9,26±0,34m/s, 40 metros 9,61±0,42m/s, 50 metros 9,52±0,34m/s e média total 8,46±0,20m/s. Nos saltos os atletas com DV obtiveram resultados de: Q esquerda 10,05±1,73m, Q direita 10,15±1,86m e D 21,79±2,91m. Os guias: Q esquerda 12,12±1,05m, Q direita 12,83±1,27m e D 27,18±2,12m,com diferenças significativas (p≤0,05) entre atletas e guiasem todas as parciais, velocidade média total e em todos os saltos. As análises demonstram maior número de correlações significantes entre os saltos e velocidade nos atletas com DV, pois nos atletas guias isso ocorreu apenas nos saltos com a perna esquerda com as velocidades das parciais de 30, 50 metros e na velocidade média total. Conclusão: Com isso, concluímos que os atletas com DV precisam dar maior atenção aos treinamentos de aceleração e top speed, visto que os resultados das velocidades parciais obtidos foram inferiores aos guias. Além da prática por ambos do treinamento de saltos,principalmente pelos guias, evidenciada pelo baixo número de correlações entre saltos e velocidade nesses atletas.
The Paralympic´s Athletics is a sport that contains many events involving multi-disabilitiy athletes, however, this research is focused specifically in sprint for athletes with visual impairments (VI). Its follows a classification system based on ophthalmological scales that indicates sports classes T/F 11-13. The sport rules are adapted for athletics in classes 11 and 12, in which is allowed a guide to aid the competitor in order to conduct him. It´s necessary to emphasize that the explosive power as one of the more important physical valences required for these athletes.Objective: Investigate the relationship between the 50 meters sprints result and the tests of horizontal multiple jumps. Methodology: Research approved by CEP/UNIFESP 0294/11. In this study participated 8 athletes, 4 male e 4 female classified as T 11 and 12, accompanied by their guides, all of them participants of the Brazilian National Team. The tests were realized either in São Paulo, at Center for High Performance Grupo Pão de Açúcar in São Caetano at its running track. The sprint tests were done using the Smart Speed/ Fusion Sport system, which captured partial times results according the positions – 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 meters. The tests with athletes VI were realized with help of guides, which were also submitted to tests by themselves. Both were submitted to multiple jump tests that were required that they realize 5 jumps with a single leg (S) and 10 jumps with alternate legs (A). The parameters were evaluated by Wilcoxon and their correlations dependents or independents to the software SPSS 20.
