Produção bibliográfica de um programa de pós-graduação em Fonoaudiologia: análise bibliométrica

Introdução: As dissertacoes e teses sao produzidas no espaco principal da pesquisa cientifica que sao os programas de Pós-graduação. Objetivo: mapear a producao bibliografica de mestres e doutores formados entre 2003 e 2008 no programa de posgraduacao do Departamento de Fonoaudiologia da Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP). Metodos: foi feito o levantamento da producao bibliografica realizada por meio de pesquisa em bases de dados nacionais e internacionais e validando os dados encontrados no curriculo Lattes de cada aluno do programa. Foi relacionada a producao bibliografica dos alunos que defenderam essas dissertacoes e teses no periodo da defesa (2003-2008) e apos a defesa ate dezembro de 2011, identificando a producao consolidada nos varios idiomas em artigos de revistas cientificas, livros, capitulos de livros com assuntos oriundos ou nao do tema da dissertacao e tese. Resultados: 82,0% das publicacoes geradas pelas dissertacoes e teses foram publicadas em forma de artigos, seguidas dos capitulos de livros (14,0%) e livros (4,0%), confirmando o que indica a literatura, ou seja, que o canal de publicacao mais utilizado pelos pesquisadores para divulgacao de seus trabalhos e a publicacao do artigo cientifico em revistas. Conclusao: A concentracao dos artigos publicados pelos pos-graduandos ocorre em revistas nacionais e no idioma portugues, sendo a escolha de revistas nacionais conceituadas da area de fonoaudiologia. Esse conhecimento adquirido no periodo de defesa e pos-defesa da dissertacao e tese incentiva a producao bibliografica de conhecimentos a serem divulgados a comunidade cientifica
Introduction: The dissertation and theses are produced in the main area of scientific research programs that are postgraduate. Objective: Establish bibliometric indicator related to production literature indexed from dissertation and theses defended in strict sensu postgraduate program of the Departament of Speech Pathology, Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP). Methods: The bibliographic production was performed by searching bibliographic databases on national and international, and validating the data found in the Lattes curriculum of each student. It was correlated the bibliographic production of these students who defende dissertation/theses during the defense (2003-2008) and the defense until after december 2011. Results: 82,0% of the dissertation/theses-originated publications were published in the form of articles followed by book chapters (14,0%) and books (4,0%), confirming what literature indicates: the most used publication channel, when it comes to researchers publishing their work, is the magazine article. Conclusion: The concentration of the papers published by graduate students occurs in national magazines and in the Portuguese language, the choice of prestigious national magazines in the area of speech. This knowledge acquired during the period of post-defense and defense of the dissertation and thesis literature encourages the production of knowledge to be disseminated to the scientific community.
