Resumo
Diante da necessidade de aprimorar o dimensionamento de equipes de enfermagem em unidades hospitalares, este trabalho teve como objetivo desenvolver uma aplicação
web para automatizar esse processo, permitindo a visualização, cadastro e edição de unidades hospitalares, além da geração de relatórios para os gestores. Utilizando técnicas de
engenharia de software e tecnologias como Vue JS, Node Js e PostgresQL, foram levantados requisitos, projetado o sistema e desenvolvida uma solução desacoplada em front-end,
back-end e banco de dados. Após um teste preliminar com treze enfermeiros de um hospital em São Paulo, os resultados demonstraram a eficácia da plataforma, destacando sua
utilidade, facilidade de acesso e contribuição para a segurança e assertividade do dimensionamento das equipes, reforçando a importância da qualidade da assistência prestada. A colaboração com os profissionais de enfermagem foi fundamental para o sucesso do projeto,
permitindo a adaptação das funcionalidades às necessidades reais do ambiente hospitalar
e garantindo uma melhor integração da aplicação com as práticas cotidianas da equipe. A
aplicação da Engenharia de Software nesse contexto mostrou-se crucial para a transformação de processos manuais em um sistema eficiente e observável, proporcionando benefícios
principalmente para o setor administrativo.
With the need to improve the staffing of nursing teams in hospital units, this work aimed to develop a web application to automate this process, allowing the visualization, registration, and editing of hospital units, as well as generating reports for managers. Using software engineering techniques and technologies such as Vue JS, Node JS, and PostgreSQL, requirements were gathered, the system was designed, and a decoupled solution was developed for the front-end, back-end, and database. After a preliminary test with thirteen nurses from a hospital in São Paulo, the results demonstrated the platform’s effectiveness, highlighting its usefulness, ease of access, and contribution to the safety and accuracy of team staffing, reinforcing the importance of the quality of care provided. Collaboration with nursing professionals was crucial to the project’s success, enabling the adaptation of features to the real needs of the hospital environment and ensuring better integration of the application with the team’s daily practices. The application of software engineering in this context proved to be essential for transforming manual processes into an efficient and observable system, providing benefits especially for the administrative sector.
