Relatos das experiências de pacientes amputados que participaram do Grupo Terapêutico com Música: um olhar fenomenológico

O projeto de pesquisa investiga e analisa os relatos das experiências de pacientes amputados que participaram do grupo terapêutico com música criado pelo pesquisador e psicoterapeuta responsável. A pesquisa ocorreu na clínica de reabilitação da Universidade Santa Cecília, localizada na cidade de Santos, São Paulo, tendo como metodologia pressupostos da Fenomenologia Existencial. Para a análise, buscou-se, como inspiração, o referencial teórico das narrativas numa perspectiva hermenêutica. Ao longo das experiências em sessões de grupo, foi registrado pelo pesquisador o que apareceu nos encontros, e o relato dos participantes acerca de suas impressões ao término de cada grupo, procurava-se, assim, desvelar o sentido de cada paciente em participar do grupo terapêutico com música. O grupo foi constituído de seis participantes; as sessões semanais possuíam duração de uma hora e foram realizados dez encontros. Os resultados demonstram a importância da troca de experiências na relação grupal, as reflexões acerca do enfrentamento das dificuldades de ser amputado, o refinamento da concepção de cuidado, a música como fundamental em todo o processo terapêutico, sobretudo em relação às emoções, e a apropriação do voltar a ter voz na sociedade, e, por fim, trabalhar o que eles colocaram como aceitação. A partir disso, procurar ressignificar a sua condição de ser no mundo, abrindo-se para as novas possibilidades em sua vida.
The research project analyses and inquiry amputee patients experiences reports that have been in a therapeutic group with music, created by the researcher and head psychotherapist. The research took place at Santa Cecília rehabilitation center, located in Santos city, São Paulo, using as methodology assumptions from Existential Phenomenology. For the analysis, the theoretical referential of narratives from a hermeneutic perspective was used as inspiration. During the group sections was registered by the researcher what appeared in the meetings, and the participants' reports about their impressions at the end of each group, the goal was to unveil each patient's meaning in participating in the therapeutic group with music. The group consisted of six participants, the weekly sessions lasted one hour, and ten meetings were held. The results show the meaning of exchange of experiences in the group relationship the reflections about facing the difficulties of being an amputee, the refinement of the conception of care, the music as fundamental in the whole therapeutic process, especially in relation to emotions, and the appropriation of having a voice in society again, and, finally, working on what they put as acceptance. Based on that, try to give new meaning to your condition of being in the world, opening up to new possibilities in your life
