O voluntariado corporativo é uma prática que está se tornando cada vez mais presente
em empresas brasileiras como uma forma de promover a responsabilidade social
corporativa e a valorização da imagem da organização perante a sociedade. O
objetivo deste trabalho é realizar uma revisão da literatura existente sobre o tema do
voluntariado empresarial no Brasil a partir da análise da base de artigos científicos
disponíveis no Google Acadêmico de 2001 a 2021. A pesquisa explorou as principais
teorias e conceitos relacionados ao voluntariado empresarial, buscando entender as
motivações das empresas para a implantação desses programas, bem como os
impactos gerados nas comunidades atendidas e nos próprios colaboradores
voluntários. Foram também analisados os principais desafios enfrentados pelas
empresas na implementação e gestão de programas de voluntariado, com o intuito de
identificar boas práticas que possam ser replicadas em outras organizações. Além
disso, buscou-se compreender os benefícios e as competências adquiridas pelos
participantes de um programa de voluntariado em uma empresa de grande porte do
setor automotivo, por meio de entrevistas em profundidade com esses colaboradores.
Com base no estudo, conclui-se que a implementação de programas de voluntariado
corporativo traz benefícios tanto para as empresas e funcionários quanto para as
comunidades atendidas. Os resultados destacam a importância do engajamento das
organizações na responsabilidade social e ressaltam a necessidade de uma gestão
eficiente para maximizar os impactos positivos do voluntariado.
Corporate volunteering is a practice that is becoming increasingly present in Brazilian companies to promote corporate social responsibility and enhance the organization's image in society. The objective of this work is to conduct a literature review on the topic of corporate volunteering in Brazil, based on the analysis of scientific articles available on Google Scholar from year 2001 to 2021. The research explored the main theories and concepts related to corporate volunteering, seeking to understand the motivations of companies for implementing these programs, as well as the impacts generated on the communities served and on the volunteers themselves. The main challenges faced by companies in the implementation and management of volunteering programs was also analyzed, in order to identify best practices that can be replicated in other organizations. Additionally, it seeked to understand the benefits and competencies acquired by participants in a volunteering program in a large automotive company, through in-depth interviews with these collaborators. Based on the study, it is concluded that the implementation of corporate volunteering programs brings benefits to both companies and employees, as well as the communities served. The results highlight the importance of organizational engagement in social responsibility and emphasize the need for efficient management to maximize the positive impacts of volunteering.
