Perspectivas das estratégias e ações nos Planos Municipais da Mata Atlântica: estudo em municípios do sudeste brasileiro

Abstract

A Mata Atlântica é um dos principais biomas brasileiros. Considera-se de extrema importância a discussão da sua conservação, visto ser um rico ecossistema que está fortemente ameaçado por conta da exploração intensiva e desordenada das florestas. Este artigo tem o intuito de estudar os Planos Municipais da Mata Atlântica (PMMA) de capitais e cidades do sudeste brasileiro, com o objetivo de analisá-los a partir das ações e medidas a serem efetuadas, evidenciando o comparativo entre os Planos e classificando-os por meio das suas características. Neste contexto, também será discutido a relação dos PMMAs como Objetivos de Desenvolvimentos Sustentáveis (ODS) da agenda 2030 da ONU. Os resultados da pesquisa foram obtidos a partir de um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, com base na análise de PMMA de quatro municípios do sudeste do Brasil, concluindo com as principais evidências identificadas dos ODS nos PMMA, e na própria elaboração de cada um dos planos. Após os resultados, concluiu-se que os PMMA são completos e coerentes, onde os desafios virão na implementação, por conseguinte, são concordantes e seguem a fundamentação dos ODS.

The Atlantic Forest is one of the main Brazilian biomes. It is considered extremely important to discuss its conservation, since it is a rich ecosystem that is strongly threatened due to the intensive and disorderly exploitation of forests. This article intends to study the Municipal Plans of the Atlantic Forest (PMMA) of capitals and cities in southeastern Brazil, with the objective of analyzing them from the actions and measures to be carried out, showing the comparison between the Plans and classifying them them through their characteristics. In this context, the relationship of PMMAs with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN 2030 agenda will also be discussed. The research results were obtained from a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, based on the analysis of PMMA in four municipalities in southeastern Brazil, concluding with the main evidence identified of the SDGs in the PMMA, and in the elaboration of each of the plans. After the results, it was concluded that the PMMA are complete and coherent, where the challenges will come in the implementation, in addition, they are consistent and follow the grounds of the SDGs.
