Resumo
Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar e compreender como o espaço da escola pode
contribuir para o enfrentamento da violência intrafamiliar, seja identificando
comportamentos que revelam violência ou fornecendo informações para que as
crianças possam identificar a violência sofrida e ainda, refletir como o Sistema de
Garantia de Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente (SGDCA) pode contribuir para a
proteção e cuidado dos casos, buscando identificar quais as condições e
necessidades permeiam esta problemática complexa. O estudo teve seu
desenvolvimento por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, baseando-se em obras de
importantes estudiosos que discutem o fenômeno da violência e seu enfrentamento
no espaço da escola. Analisamos inicialmente a família na contemporaneidade, que
engloba diferentes modos de ser família, este núcleo é um fator essencial e
indispensável para o desenvolvimento integral e saudável das crianças, no entanto
este espaço que deveria ser de proteção, muitas vezes é onde acontece a violações
de direitos. Aprofundamos o entendimento do que é violência, seus tipos e suas
sequelas no desenvolvimento infantil e abordamos os marcos legais de garantia de
direitos da criança e adolescente. Identificamos como a escola representa um papel
importante para a socialização da criança, pois depois da família é o segundo grupo
social que a criança é inserida e promove desenvolvimento pedagógico, cognitivo,
emocional e social, e um importante espaço que deve atuar na garantia de proteção
e de qualquer forma de violação de direitos. Por todos estes fatores, a escola torna se um ambiente propício a identificação de violências vividas no núcleo familiar, já que
mudanças de comportamentos como retração, agressividade, timidez, ou
demonstrações de que está deprimida são identificados na escola. Para que o
enfrentamento da violência intrafamiliar no espaço da escola seja de fato efetivo, é
necessário que as/os profissionais da educação estejam sensibilizados e orientados
para identificarem suspeitas de violência, e de como proceder frente à essas
situações, e ainda, a rede devidamente articulada para trabalhar de maneira
intersetorial, e assim lidarem com os casos para sua proteção e romper com o
fenômeno da violência à que está submetida a criança.
This research aims to analyze and understand how the school space can contribute to confronting intra-family violence, whether by identifying behaviors that reveal violence or providing information so that children can identify the violence suffered and also reflect on how the Guarantee System Rights of Children and Adolescents (SGDCA) can contribute to the protection and care of cases, seeking to identify which conditions and needs permeate this complex problem. The study was developed through bibliographical research, based on works by important scholars who discuss the phenomenon of violence and its confrontation within the school space. We initially analyzed the contemporary family, which encompasses different ways of being a family, this nucleus is an essential and indispensable factor for the integral and healthy development of children, however this space, which should be of protection, is often where violations of rights happen. rights. We deepened the understanding of what violence is, its types and its consequences on child development and addressed the legal frameworks guaranteeing the rights of children and adolescents. We identified how the school plays an important role in the socialization of the child, because after the family it is the second social group that the child is inserted and promotes pedagogical, cognitive, emotional and social development, and an important space that must act in the guarantee of protection and any form of violation of rights. Due to all these factors, the school becomes a favorable environment for the identification of violence experienced in the family nucleus, since changes in behavior such as withdrawal, aggressiveness, shyness, or demonstrations that one is depressed are identified at school. In order for the confrontation of intrafamily violence in the school space to be in fact effective, it is necessary that education professionals are sensitized and guided to identify suspected violence, and how to proceed in the face of these situations, and also, the network duly articulated to work in an intersectoral way, and thus deal with cases for their protection and break with the phenomenon of violence to which children are subjected.
