crise sanitária, econômica e social especificamente no Brasil.

As a result, several measures were taken to alleviate this problem and prevent the spread of the virus, such as social distancing, reducing working hours and isolating possibly infected people. This course completion work has as its object of study the exercise of the phenomenon of violence against black women in times of the covid-19 virus pandemic. The work has as its general objective to carry out a study about the reality of violence against black women, through the analysis of the cultural, economic and social impacts that isolation brought, especially to the lives of peripheral black women. It is also intended, through this analysis, to bring data and documentary research about the covid-19 pandemic so that it is possible to understand why the levels of violence against black women have increased significantly in this period. Among other issues addressed in the research, the focus on class and race that is exposed in these numbers stands out, making it possible to observe a higher incidence of violence among black and peripheral women. And so, a new objective is presented in relation to the data collected, referring to Social Work, the Social Question in which it originates and the possible professional actions of the social worker when dealing with this manifestation
