Objective: To develop and analyze evidence of content validity of a simulated scenario for the assessment and treatment of PUs. Method: To build the scenario, the steps proposed by The International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning and Best Evidence Medical Education guidelines were used, while to validate the scenario, 11 experts were selected through criteria proposed by Fehring, who subsequently validated each scene of the scenario. They assigned points from 1 to 4 according to a Likert scale. This score was used to calculate the Agreement Index, which should have a minimum score of 0.8. Result: The scenario that had all the proposed items validated was built, reaching a minimum ICV of 0.8. Conclusion: The scenario has the potential to be used by educators and health professionals, as well as to circulate in the scientific community, but further studies are needed to evaluate its effect on the teaching-learning process.
