This study remains to analyse the impacts of the implementation of the very first OBOR’s projects in the African countries, based on the model of analysis of the Interdependence Theory. In order to do so, we evaluate the main objectives of the project and how it is being carried out, considering the Chinese strategy for its implementation — linked to the realization of the “Chinese Dream” — mapping its strengths and the challenges faced. Likewise, there is an investigation of the main African objectives in joining the project, contextualizing the so-called “African Renaissance''. Finally, there is a study of the impacts felt by the countries that joined the project and, after this analysis, it concluded that the relationship between China is a win-win cooperation.
