Abstract

Introduction: The Family Health Strategy Implemented By The Ministry Of Health With Principles And Concepts Of Primary Health Care With The Purpose Of Changing The Way Services Are Organized, Care Practices Focused On Family And Community. The Many Professionals Team In Its Work Process Develops Activities That Will Generate Indicators That Can Subsidize The Planning Of Interventions According To The Local Health Needs. Objective: To Analyze The Influence Of The Family Health Strategy On Indicators Of Basic Health Care According To Its Structure, Process And Outcome Components In The Municipalities Of Mato Grosso, From 2008 To 2015. Method: This Is An Evaluative Research, Quantitative, Retrospective Analysis Using Secondary Data From The Federal Government's Official Information Systems. A Matrix Was Built Consisting Of Structure Components (Potential Population Coverage), Process (Medical Consultation, Home Visit Of Doctor And Nurse, Referral To Specialist And Request For Clinical Pathology Exams) And Outcom

Introdução: A Estratégia Saúde Da Família Implantada Pelo Ministério Da Saúde Com Princípios E Conceitos Da Atenção Primária À Saúde Com O Propósito A Mudança Na Forma De Organização Dos Serviços, Das Práticas Assistenciais Centrada Na Família E Comunidade. A Equipe Multiprofissional Em Seu Processo De Trabalho Desenvolve Atividades Que Irão Gerar Indicadores Que Poderão Subsidiar O Planejamento De Intervenções De Acordo Com As Necessidades De Saúde Local. Objetivo: Avaliar A Influência Da Estratégia Saúde Da Família Nos Indicadores Da Atenção Básica Em Saúde Segundo Seus Componentes De Estrutura, De Processo E De Resultado Nos Municípios De Mato Grosso, No Período De 2008 A 2015. Método: Trata-Se De Uma Pesquisa Avaliativa, Quantitativa, Retrospectiva Com Uso De Dados Secundários Oriundos Dos Sistemas De Informações Oficiais Do Governo Federal. Foi Construída Uma Matriz Composta Por Componentes De Estrutura (Cobertura Populacional Potencial), De Processo (Consulta Médica, Visita Domiciliar De Médico E Enferm
