    Comparativo da gestão de processos entre trabalho presencial e home office no contexto da pandemia do Covid-19

    This academic paper presents a case study conducted in a credit recovery company during the pre, during, and post-COVID-19 pandemic periods. The company, operating in the credit recovery segment, previously operated in a face-to-face manner but was forced to make significant adaptations in a short period, including transitioning to a remote work model. The operational and management processes of the company were analyzed during the pre pandemic, pandemic, and post-pandemic periods, considering the indicators and impacts of the changes made. Remote work, which was already a recognized practice, became the primary mode of work during the pandemic. The methodology used in this study is qualitative, involving data collection and information on credit recovery processes during different stages of the pandemic. The collected data was analyzed and compared to identify the enhancements made during the pandemic crisis and their impacts on the indicators. The study results show that the changes in the company's processes during and post-pandemic were successful, both in their restructuring and reorganization of activities, demonstrating efficiency in the implementation of automated processes.
