Avaliação Da Qualidade Das Diretrizes Publicadas De 2006 A 2016 Para Diagnóstico E Tratamento Da Doença De Parkinson E Suas Complicações: Aplicação Do Instrumento Agree Ii

Objective: To Evaluate The Quality Of Guidelines Published Between 2006 And 2016 For The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Parkinson's Disease And Its Complications. Methods: A Systematic Search Was Carried Out In The Databases Pubmed, Embase, Lilacs, Tripdatabase, Scopus, Cochrane Library, Web Of Science In July 2016, Identifying The Guidelines Of Parkinson's Disease That Presented In Their Publications The Quality Of The Evidence And Measured The Strength Of The Recommendations. Two Evaluators Applied The Agree Ii Instrument In These Guidelines; A Standardized Score, An Average For Each Of The 6 Domains And For Each Of The Guidelines Were Calculated. Data Such As Country Of Origin, Organization, Year Of Publication And Topics Approached Were Evaluated. Results: Of The 505 Publications Found In The Search, 22 Were Analyzed. The Guidelines Obtained A Score Above 70% In Four Domains: "Scope And Purpose" (91.5%), "Rigor Of Development" (72.3%), "Clarity And Presentation" (92.4%) And "Editorial Independence" (72.3%); A
