dc.description.abstractBackground: The Major Metastatic Site Of Neuroblastoma Is The Bone Marrow, In These Cases De Long-Term Survival Is Less Than 50%. Therapeutic Consolidation Is Performed With Myeloablative Therapy Followed By Autologous Transplantation And Improves The Outcome. Classically, The Opportunity To Perform The Consolidation Treatment Is Restricted To Cases In Which The Bone Marrow Does Not Show Metastatic Cells, Including Differentiating Neuroblast, At The End Of The Induction. However, The Presence Of Differentiated Neuroblasts In The Bone Marrow Would Be An Impediment To The Collection Of Peripheral Stem Cells In Patients With Neuroblastoma?
