Resumo
Diante de grandes e diferentes desafios socioambientais e econômicos que a sociedade brasileira vem enfrentando, como a dificuldade em lidar com a geração de resíduos, a luta contra a dependência química e a falta de oportunidades para estas pessoas no mercado, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo desenvolver um plano de negócio de uma empresa nomeada como Repsicla, cuja missão é capacitar de maneira prática e teórica dependentes químicos de substâncias psicoativas ilegais que estejam no fim de seu tratamento para serem socialmente reinseridos através do trabalho na área de resíduos sólidos, promovendo assim mais oportunidades de emprego e inserção de mão de obra qualificada no mercado. Como dito anteriormente, o seu principal serviço se dará em forma de um curso de capacitação, e o mesmo funcionará de forma híbrida contando com atividades práticas e aulas
teóricas. Para que o vínculo entre os alunos da turma seja estimulado, as atividades práticas foram desenvolvidas com finalidade de promover oportunidades que reforçassem o aprendizado do aluno e desta forma aumentasse sua autoconfiança. Além disso, o curso também propõe uma visão à turma de como funciona o mercado de trabalho, para que desta forma os mesmos estejam mais preparados para serem inseridos novamente neste ambiente. Adicionalmente, a empresa também se propõe a prestar serviços pontuais e educacionais em formato de Workshops, e desta forma, além de aumentar sua fonte de renda também aumenta seu contato com diferentes empresas de áreas distintas.
Os resultados principais adquiridos no decorrer deste estudo foram que as clínicas de reabilitação e as comunidades terapêuticas são os potenciais clientes da empresa. Além disso, durante a elaboração de seu plano financeiro foi possível perceber que a empresa não possui muitos custos fixos relacionados a espaço físico e que suas maiores despesas se dão em relação a salários e prestação de serviços essenciais. Entretanto, apresentou maior valor de custos variáveis relacionados às turmas do curso. Por fim, ainda que o investimento inicial resultante tenha sido superior ao estimado inicialmente, o negócio apresentou índices de viabilidade econômica e financeira positivos, ou seja, a Repsicla demonstrou ter potencial para ser um negócio rentável e de acordo com as projeções feitas, com prazo de retorno do
investimento de aproximadamente 1 ano.
Given the great and different socio-environmental and economic challenges that Brazilian society has been facing, such as the difficulty in dealing with the generation of waste, the fight against addiction, and the lack of opportunities for these people in the market, the present work aims to develop a business plan for a company named Repsicla, whose mission is to train, in a practical and theoretical way, chemical dependents of illegal psychoactive substances who are at the end of their treatment to be socially reinserted through work in the area of solid waste, thus promoting more employment opportunities and insertion of skilled labor in the market. As mentioned before, its main service will be a training course, and it will work in a hybrid way, with practical activities and theoretical classes. So that the bond between the students of the class is stimulated, the practical activities were developed to promote opportunities that reinforce the student's learning and thus increase their self confidence. In addition, the course also proposes a vision to the class of how the job market works, so that in this way they are more prepared to be inserted again in this environment. Additionally, the company also proposes to provide punctual and educational services in the form of Workshops, and in this way, in addition to increasing its source of income, it also increases its contact with different companies from different areas. The main results acquired in this study were that rehabilitation clinics and therapeutic communities are the company's potential customers. In addition, during the elaboration of its financial plan, it was possible to perceive that the company does not have many fixed costs related to physical space and that its biggest expenses are related to salaries and provision of essential services. However, it presented a higher value of variable costs related to the classes of the course. Finally, even though the resulting initial investment was higher than initially estimated, the business presented positive economic and financial viability indices, that is, Repsicla showed potential to be a profitable business and by the projections made, with a payback time of approximately 1 year.
