Resumo
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo abordar a governança corporativa e o seguro D&O. Visa analisar e compreender a relação estabelecida entre ambos. A pesquisa foi decisiva para a conclusão de que o seguro D&O e a governança corporativa possuem uma estrita relação, onde uma boa governança corporativa impacta nos elementos do seguro e no aceite por parte da seguradora. Além disso, através da pesquisa foi possível compreender o processo da análise de risco feita pela seguradora e os principais fatores que são levados em consideração nesse momento, como a empresa ser listada na Bolsa de Valores e seus últimos três exercícios.
This study aims to address corporate governance and D&O insurance. It aims to analyze and understand the relationship established between both. The research was decisive to conclude that D&O insurance and corporate governance have a strict relationship, where a good corporate governance impacts on the insurance elements and the acceptance by the insurer. Furthermore, through the research it was possible to understand the risk analysis process done by the insurance company and the main factors that are taken into consideration at this time, such as the company being listed on the Stock Exchange and its last three fiscal years.
