    The following work has as its guiding principle the relationship between the union movement and Osasco process of formation and class struggle. The challenge of studying this subject leads us to think of the behavior of the worker as a worker and citizen, in view of the question of relations between workers and employers and the factory. Understand and rethink the trade union movement from an empirical point of view is to appreciate the problematic forms of subordination and resistance in the context of manufacturing as a central axis of understanding of the formation of the working class. In addition to studying the relationships between classes, discuss the timing analysis of the capitalist labor, played by networks of social relations of production. In everyday understanding of manufacturing, labor relations techniques are overriden by the linkage of political and social relations that are effectively the defense and identification as a class.
