    O papel mediador da transversalidade para a educação empreendedora

    The understanding of new forms of work and income generation has become an important fact for the understanding of the modern arrangements of society related to work, to the environment of organizations and their collaborators. According to this scenario, this article aimed to analyze the insertion of the theme entrepreneurship in the formation of higher technological graduation through transversality as methodological procedure. Data have been obtained by semi-structured interviews, and the participants were professors in charge for pedagogical projects of a higher public education institution of technological graduation of the state of São Paulo. Results showed that the assumptions of entrepreneurial education constitute an alternative path to respond to the new demands arising from the productive sector and new work relations. Therefore, transversality shows itself as a mechanism of integration, configuring itself in a viable methodology for the development of entrepreneurial education, however it was not possible to identify its applicability in the pedagogical practices of the units of Education of the institution.
