    A atuação do profissional de enfermagem na equipe multiprofissional de CAPS III e CAPS AD

    CAPS, Psychosocial Care Center, a specialized mental health care point of the Psychosocial Care Network, is made up of a multiprofessional team that faces several challenges in their daily work, including the difficulties of working together. This paper addresses the interprofessional performance of nursing professionals with the rest of the technical team. Its general objective was to identify how CAPS III and AD nursing professionals conceive their role in the multiprofessional technical team, and, as specific objectives, to identify challenges and possibilities that nursing professionals find in their role in the technical team; know the view of nursing professionals about the multidisciplinary team and their interdisciplinary performance; and mobilize critical thinking about how to produce care. It is a research of qualitative approach. The subjects are: nurses, technicians and nursing assistants, from CAPS III and AD - from the municipality of state of São Paulo. A focus group was held in two meetings. The data were treated through content analysis - thematic analysis, and it was possible to realize that: the nursing professional perceives their education as more complete than the rest of the team; User care, conceived by nursing, does not, in his view, coincide with that of the rest of the team, with points of tension and conflict, such as regarding the hospitalization criteria and the containment and medication in crisis situation; Nursing technicians and assistants assess that their opinions are not considered in the same way as higher education professionals, and that several periods remain with patients in crisis without the presence of another professional.

    Possibilidades e limites do trabalho do assistente social do NAE na garantia da permanência estudantil na UNIFESP-BS

    O presente trabalho objetiva apresentar um estudo sobre as possibilidades e limites do trabalho do assistente social, na equipe interprofissional do Núcleo de Apoio ao Estudante (NAE) na garantia da permanência estudantil no Campus Baixada Santista da Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP) e, portanto, compreender a atuação do Serviço Social diante dos desafios existentes neste campo, em relação ao processo de construção de condições objetivas e subjetivas para a garantia do direito ao acesso e permanência dos estudantes em situação de pobreza na instituição mencionada. A pesquisa buscou atingir este fim por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa e utilizou como técnica para a coleta de informações no trabalho de campo a entrevista, cuja modalidade foi a semiestruturada.
