    The placement of dental implants in the region of the maxillary sinus can cause a series of postoperative complications, including compromising its viability. There are few works in the literature in the sense of orienting and promoting the convergence of otolaryngologists and implantodontist specialists in planning and treating patients in need of rehabilitation in the region of the maxillary sinus. Objective: develop an e-book to promote the integrated decision-making of surgeries of the maxillary sinus and nasal cavity. Method: The Design Thinking method was used for the development and the Delphi method was used to validate the developed content. The elaboration of the informative content (textual and graphic elaboration and diagramation), after the validation, was followed by the development of the e-book. Results: The e-book developed was validated by specialists in a cycle of the Delphi technique and the percentage of absolute agreement of the e-book reached the value of 1. The e-book has 26 pages in seven chapters, with content written in a technical language to improve the understanding of the target public in the fields of otolaryngology and implantology. The e-book also presents an ISBN registry. Conclusion: An e-book was developed to promote the integrated decision-making in surgeries of the maxillary sinus and nasal cavity.
