    The Constant Changes In The World Of Work Have Brought Several Changes And Flexibilizations That Tend To Lead To Precarious Working Conditions, And In This Context Are The Categories Of Outsourced Cleaning Services. Objective: To Understand The Experiences At Work And Relationships With The Work Organization, And Relationships With The Process Of Illness By Rsi / Dort Of Outsourced Cleaning Service Workers. Methods: The Study Had Two Steps: (1) Investigation And Analysis Of Sinan Notification Registries, Opened In Cerestsantos, And Selection Of Professional Category 5143-20 Workers According To Cbo, And Who Worked In Outsourced Cleaning Service. (2) Preparation Of Script And Individual Semi-Structured Interviews To Analyze Thematic Content. Results: Of The Initial Listing, Thirty-Three (N=33) Were Cleaners And Female Workers.
