O Patrimônio Cultural Imaterial na cidade de São Paulo: análise dos processos de registro do Conselho Municipal de Preservação do Patrimônio Histórico, Cultural e Ambiental da Cidade de São Paulo – CONPRESP (2012 -2014)

In the last three decades, we’ve realized there’s been an advance in the research of intangible heritage assets. Nowadays, there are 27 assets registered by the national heritage Institution, IPHAN, and three in the city of São Paulo, registered between 2012 and 2014. The assets recognized by the city’s heritage council will be the central theme of this research. Therefor, this work intends to analise the legal processes of intangible heritage done by the city’s heritage council (CONPRESP), that are: Casa Godinho, Samba Paulistano and Conjunto de Teatros, in order to understand what’s taken into account to proceed with the registry of the intangible assets.
