We have mapped how the network of each one of these subjects was constituted at the time when the Public Prosecutor?s Office (MP) and/or the Judiciary (PJ) had actuated. We aim to meet and analyze the various users? networks of a CAPS III, in addition to the established Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS): identifying the tended subjects profiles; mapping the affective network, the support network and the established RAPS. This was followed by a draft of qualitative research with participant observation and semi-structured interviews with users who were in full hospitality (HI) in CAPS III and that were quoted by the MP/PJ in 2011/2012, in addition to medical records analysis of these subjects. Data were analyzed via Bardin content analysis. Results: 191 users tended in HI in 2011/2012, among these, 12 were quoted by the MP or PJ, 6 remain in CAPS III, or in the municipality RAPS; 7 men and 5 women; 30 were routed to PAI (Intensive Care Center) during the HI. Prevails among men the abusive use of psychoactives. Were found 30 response official letters to the MP and 11 to PJ. The information of the subjects on the records are basic. 6.2% of the subjects in HI were quoted by MP or PJ. Conclusions: The interviews suggest weaknesses in the RAPS as lack of equipment and links, as well as pointing to clinical issues that, given the complexity of the cases, escape the health field and advance to the legal field. The affective network is pointed out as consisting of family members, professionals in CAPS and other cross sector equipment. Individual therapeutic project and reference professional in some cases are nonexistent. There has been a disinvestment in the number of professionals if compared to the present, by the moment of the service opening (after intervention at the Casa de Saúde Anchieta). In Attention to the crisis overcomes the medical-centered thinking, having as main response the medicalization. It is lacking sheltering devices for urgency and emergency in RAPS, creating a conflict between the field of mental health law and the subjective peculiarities of each case. It is pointed out as urgency: the resumption of the concept of psychosocial care relevant to CAPS device; the practice of dialogue with the cross sector departments of RAPS, as justice mechanisms; accountability for the attention to the crisis in CAPS III, inserting other cross sector partners.
