    Introduction: The Aging Of The Population Is A Reflection Of Medical And Scientific Advances. The Use And Application Of Health Promotion And Prevention Strategies Brings With It New Challenges. One Challenge Is The Large Number Of Elderly People With Major Neurocognitive Disorder (Mnd) Who Needs The Help Of A Caregiver, Which Are Usually The Family Members. Studies Have Turned Their Attention To The Population Of Caregivers Considering The Possibilities Of Stress And Depression From This Condition, Facts That Can Have Impacts On The Caregiverelderly Dyad. Purposes: Identify The Emotional And Behavioral Aspects Of The Caregiver"S Family Of Elderly People With Mnd, Adaptive Means, And Possible Correlations With Parental Link References Received In The Caregiver's Childhood And Youth. Methods: The Samples Were Composed By 54 Elderly Caregivers" Families Of People With Mnd Who Are Attended On: 1) Program Of The Alzheimer's Brazilian Association - Sub Regional Santos; 2) The Dementia Care Service - Unifesp/Santos

    Cystic Fibrosis (Cf) Is A Genetic Disease With Chronic, Progressive And Fatal Disease. The Patients' Life Expectancy Is Less Than 40 Years, And In Brazil, About 75% Of Them Are Children And Adolescents. Chronic Illness Is A Favorable Condition For The Emergence Of Psychological Problems. The Objective Of This Study Was To Investigate Competence Conditions And Psychological Problems In Children And Adolescents With Cf, And The Level Of Parental Tolerance Of Their Caregivers. Interviews Were Carried Out With 31 Caregivers Of Cf Patients Aged 6 To 18 Years In The Waiting Rooms Of Three Crts In The City Of São Paulo - Sp. The Instruments Of Quantitative Approach Were The Child Behavior Checklist (Cbcl) And The Parental Tolerance Scale (Etp In Portuguese). A Field Diary Was Used For Qualitative Survey. In The So-Called 'Child' And 'Adolescent' Groups, Although There Are No Significant Differences In The Occurrence Of Psychological Problems, It Is Worth Mentioning The Frequencies Of Skills And Psychological Problem
