Methods: An Integrative Review Was Carried Out, Based On The Prisma Guideline. The Articles Were Searched In The Virtual Health Library And Cochrane Library, Published Between 2000 And 2016. The Data Were Analyzed By A Thematic Content Analysis With Theoretical Articulation For Interpretation, Inference And Discussion Based On Human And Social Sciences References, With Use Of Concepts Proposed By Anthony Giddens And Michel Foucault, Mainly. Results And Discussion: A Total Of 410 Articles Were Found And Included In The Review, Of Which Two Non-Aprioristic Thematic Categories Emerged, With 205 Articles Each, Discussed In Epistemological Terms And In A Critical Sociocultural View. The First One Consisted Of Articles With A More Restricted View On The Biological And Nutritional Aspects Of Food, Mainly On The Food Consumption Of University Students, Which Articles Reinforced The
