The goal of this research is check the hypothesis that the o process of hire temporary teachers used by SEE/SP has incentive teachers already licensed in other areas to do courses with fast formation, specifically, just now, for areas of Arts and Philosophy, causing, undeniably, profound impacts in the curriculum and in the organization of the pedagogical work. Besides, we want identify how these teachers relate the problems during their works together the process of formation that they had, as well as to do a survey of demands of continued formation pointed by these teachers. So for develop this research, we made a document analysis, specially about the legislation that discipline the process of classes attribution by temporary teachers for the public teaching in São Paulo and record of classes attribution, as well as we applied questionnaires and realized semi-structured interviews with teachers of Arts and Philosophy, whose seconds graduation, obtained in courses with fast graduation, and that enabled they ingress these areas, how temporary teachers. The information collected and analyzed indicates that the main difficulties described by teachers relate to students, indiscipline, necessity of adequate materials and correct space to work, and not exactly the relationship with knowledge, predominating the impression of bad public education is a reflection of no participation of the family and of commitment by students. Another point cited by interviewee, when they talking about the difficulties faced in teaching, relating to the depreciation of disciplines Arts and Philosophy in the curriculum, because it has a secondary paper, if compared with the importance of Portuguese and Mathematics that, inclusive, has more representation in curriculum relating to the quantity of classes during the week. On the other hand, the impact of fast formation can be considered in the way whereby these teachers are building their pedagogical practices and their relationships with students and with education.
