    Entre o partido e o movimento: trajetórias e multifiliações dos representantes da sociedade civil do Conselho Municipal de Saúde de São Paulo

    This research aims to contribute to the studies on Participatory institutions in Brazil, using as a case study the Municipal Health Council of São Paulo (MHCSP). The aim of this study is to contribute to the understanding of how the board members of civil society position themselves before their multiple affiliations and multiple trajectories within the MHCSP. The question that motivates this research is: what is the profile of socio-political training of counsellors from the civil society MHCSP? To answer this question, this research will be supported by the new generation of studies on participatory institutions (AVRITZER, 2009; ROMÃO, 2011; SILVA, 2011; TATAGIBA and BLIKSTAD, 2011; LAVALLE, ROMÃO and ZAREMBER, 2013) which point to the need to include the partisan dimension in spaces that have traditionally been interpreted as suitable for the participation of civil society. Such studies are positioned in stark contrast to a normative interpretation, which until then took the partisan dimension of opportunities for participation as undesirable.
