- ItemSomente MetadadadosDesign de estratégias pedagógicas como proposta de formação de professores(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2019-11-05) Rocha, Natalia Ribeiro Brito Cunha [UNIFESP]; Carolei, Paula [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)This paper aims to raise reflections and controversies experienced by teachers about their strategy, explicitly seeking the challenges found in their pedagogical practices, to proportion of formatted devices and artifacts in which this document assumes a protagonist and strategist role of pedagogical actions, with or support of design logic. To this end, we have created a free online course on Pedagogical Strategy Design, without teachers from various fields, who are invited to share their planning and construction of pedagogical strategies, describing their choice of resources, activities as well as their skills. Data were collected through two instruments belonging to the course: questionnaires with more timely answers and forums for sharing ideas among participants. These data were defined and later analyzed with the FromText tool, which was specially designed to analyze semantic discourses. The data obtained when confronted demonstrated several controversies between the intentions and practices of the participating teachers. These include controversies about the references actually used, the interactions with these references, the timing of planning collective activities, the understanding of objectives and competencies, the implementation of projects, the expansion of understanding about resources and strategies and how beyond prescribed, but practiced, but despite these contradictions, there was an awareness about the need for change and analysis in search of more creative and investigative postures, even if only in plans.
