    Introduction: The Brazilian Public Health System "Sistema Único De Saúde (Sus") Is One Of The Biggest Public Health Systems In The World. However, 87% Of The Users Rate Its Services Negatively. On The Other Hand, Non- Governmental Organizations (Ngos) Play An Important Role In Providing Health, Helping To Fill The System's Deficiencies. From The Perspective Of Health Professionals, There Is A Positive Perception Of Voluntary Services And Many Professionals Perform Free Services On Their Own. However, Usually They Report Being Difficult To Reconcile Voluntary Work With Their Daily Routine. Objectives: To Present The Process Of Creation And Development Of A Voluntary Health Care Program Available Through A Digital Platform.
