The Intensity Of The Corneal Opacity May Interfere With Quantitative Assessment. Objective: To Compare The Measurement Of Central Thickness And Depth Of Involvement Of Opacity-Bearing Corneas At Different Intensities (Mild, Moderate And Intense) Using Different Instruments: Visante And Optovue Optical Coherence Tomography (Oct), Ultrasound Biomicroscopy (Ubm) And Ultrasound Pachymetry (Only For Central Thickness). Participants: The Sample Consisted Of 102 Eyes: 70 Eyes (68.63%) With Corneal Opacity And 32 Eyes (31.37%) With Normal Corneas, Considered As A Control Group. Only One Eye Of Each Patient Was Included. The Degree Of Corneal Opacity Was Classified As Light [28 Eyes (40.00%)], Moderate [27 Eyes (37.57%)] And Dense Opacities [15 Eyes (21.43%)]. The Etiologies Attributed To Corneal Opacities Included: After Corneal Transplant, Except Bullous Keratopathy [10 Eyes (14.28%)], Herpet
