    It is the Pronouncement of the Foundation of the Social Services Course at Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP) in Santos. Its aim is to record and to reflect about the creation and the importance of the first course of Social Services in a federal public university, after the 73-year-old existence of the Brazilian and Paulistano Social Services.
